Refund Policy

Natural Stone — Important Notice

• 1.1. Natural stone is a product of nature. Colour, texture, veining and surface finish will vary between pieces and between batches. These natural variations are not defects and do not constitute grounds for return or refund.
• 1.2. We strongly recommend ordering samples before committing to a full order. We supply samples on request — please contact our team.
• 1.3. Images on our website are representative only. The exact appearance of natural stone may differ from photographs shown.

Cancellations

• 2.1. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
• 2.2. Custom-cut, bespoke or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• 2.3. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at tradeenquiry@dnsglobal.in or call our team.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

• 3.1. If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• 3.2. Notification must include photographic evidence of the damaged goods and packaging.
• 3.3. We will arrange replacement of damaged items or issue a credit note at our discretion.
• 3.4. We cannot accept claims for damage reported after 48 hours of delivery.

Returns

• 4.1. Returns of undamaged goods are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to our prior written agreement.
• 4.2. Goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and in a saleable condition.
• 4.3. The cost of return delivery is the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
• 4.4. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply on returned undamaged goods.
• 4.5. Custom-cut, bespoke or special-order items are non-returnable.

Refunds

• 5.1. Refunds are processed within 10 working days of us receiving and inspecting returned goods.
• 5.2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• 5.3. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the goods were faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Exclusions

The following are excluded from our returns and refund policy:

• Natural variation in colour, texture or finish of stone
• Goods that have been cut, laid, fixed or treated after delivery
• Goods damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
• Custom-made or special-order items
